I think
This list is becoming a guessing game. Is ttfn serious? Do we stay at a firm
where we served our apprenticeship forever, no, we move on to further our
experience and develop further skills, at
least I did and that's what normally happens isn't it? Most firms get rid of
people that havn't made
the grade, perhaps this young lad should have hung around on crap wages until
he was told he wasn't good enough. There again, this is the Leeds list.
PS In my experience companies pay the lowest wages possible to the people they
are training, they
can never expect to be top earners at a place where you served your time. You
are always looked
on as a trainee or one of the young-uns and that goes for all the firms that I
worked for.
