Could easily be in the position where we need Swindon & Millwall to draw
the last game, otherwise 1 of them will overhaul us.
Lads..........we know what is going to happen:
At 4.45 on May 8th, after an incredible see-saw day in which we fluctuated
from 2nd to 5th as goals went into various nets at Elland Road and The Den, we
will be 3-2 up over Bristol, and Millwall & Swindon will be at 2 apiece. 4th
officials will march out and hold up boards with the number 4 on them. And
Swindon, in a surprise move, will bring on Peter Shirtliff who will score with
the last kick of the game, getting on the end of a pearler of a cross from our
former Captain, beautifully delivered with the outside of his foot.
