I was at the game Great meeting the Emmets before. A few things from the game. Watt: Is going to be a class act. Gradel: A talented guy. Beckford: His whole rapport with all the team members and the crowd is not of a spoiled brat that wants away. He is involved and deeply liked or they are all a bunch of actors. I got the impression that he had lost form & wanted it back for himself & the team. Ands that sentiment was reciprocated. I think that we are two teams. One with Beckford and one without. I hope that he is revved up for Charlton. I still put my money on getting promotion that he stays and sacks his manager! I think that we have a problem with Becchio. On one hand he is solid, scores and has an understanding with Beckford. On the other he is a lump that dictates hoofing & huffing. I would drop him & play three up front Beckford, Watt & Snodgrass -- Gradel behind Beckford & completed by Howson, Killkenny & the best back four available with Johnson as one of them [ I would love to see him, Johnson, tried as a C-H] . Puts a burden on Beckford but would make us fast attractive and attacking. With Beckford purring we go up. Without him -- who knows? Michael
