Well the Ulster Unionists don't exist anymore - they are now Ulster
Conservatives and Unionists - New Force - and got shat upon from a great
height, their only MP pissed of cos she hated the Tories. the DUP or The
Party that Likes to say NO!, has 8 seats probably not enough for any real
part to play.

Thankfully since politics there is still based on "religion" (in the same
way Al-Quiada is a religious group) none of the parties are likely to have
the influence they did in the 70's & 90's when the Unionists held the
balance of power.

Interestingly Sinn Fein are the largest party (by votes cast) in the
province!

looks like tories will get a 308 seats and will try and form a government -
with 36% of the votes cast about 25% of the possible electorate! Until we
get rid of our laughable "voting" system the whole thing will be a mess.
