Am I one of the few who was underwhelmed with the Damned United both as
a book and a film? 

 

Sheen was fantastic of course, but the film is a massive distortion: the
book was 2/3 about his time at Derby County and I found this part far
more interesting than his 44 days at LUFC. 

 

Plus if you're going to do a book or story on Cloughie WHY would you
leave out his time at Forest? 

 

Never mind the less than positive image presented of LUFC and players of
the day and minimal emphasis on the point that - a pity for everyone -
Cloughie simply got it wrong.
