I've not been impressed by Crowe all season. light weight and
positionally suspect. reasonably quick and OK as an attacking fullback,
and I suspect this is how he's made his reputation. I don'tthink he's
as good as Fraser. Bromby (who is not god at right back) is better and
Hughes, the best right back in the club.
I do know that Douglas was offered a new contract in June 2009, but he
was told he would be played at right back, so he turned it down as he
wanted to play in midfield, which he did for Swindon, and was their
Player of the Year this season.
