Speaking personally, while I wouldn't wish death on many, if anyone (nor did the original post BTW) I wouldn't be the least bit saddened to learn of the demise of both of them. Not sure if that makes me a doubly high ordered arsehole or simply an equal opportunity arsehole.
What I am sure of is, that with all that goes on on this list, especially during the off season, to pick on such a relatively innocuous posting as an excuse to fly into such a vitriolic and expletive laden tirade (one that migh have gotten some others removed, by the list police) seems to do little other than prove yourself to be the equal of those you criticise in the childish schoolboy stakes. I don't know you Thirkers but, given that a number of folk who I do have the privilege of knowing, on here who like you a lot I can only assume (never a wise course, I know) that you have many redeeming features, though being a cantankerous old geezer is probably not near the top of the list or there again, in the right circumstance maybe it is!. That said, this is hardly the first time you have abandoned the list in disgust to take your ball home and probably won't be the last if, as in past incidents you return from the wilderness. In the end both you and those whom you criticise are what make this list the disfunctional family that it is and that we love.. ;-) Just pick up the dummy and get yer pram back over here.
