We have to build the team around Rooney as he is clearly our future and our
best player. I'm disappointed in Capello's lack of balls when it comes to
making squad and team decisions. Hell, McClaren would have made the same old
team selection...let's see Lampard and Gerrard in center midfield which has
NEVER worked...Ledley King making the squad even though he is NEVER fit...Jaime
Carragher been rolled out....continuing with the SWP experiment five years on
even though he clearly doesn't have the basic skills required to be a
footballer on the international level.

Frustrated as f#%k because there's no reason we should be so poor.

I'd pick

Hart (let's give the lad a chance and build for the future)

Johnson, Dawson, Terry, Cole

Carrick, Barry

Lennon, Gerrard, Cole

Rooney
