All in all I was glad to see them go through, especially as they played fairly well. Coming second in the group is no big deal either as everybody knows that England only ever win the WC after beating Germany ;)
But, call me biased if you like, I thought that Lampard was crap yet again - nothing good stays in the memory unlike several of the (mostly unforced) errors that he was guilty of.
