Hi guys We, son Charlie and I, are going to the Ruzomberok game on Tuesday.
In case anybody else is making the trip to Slovakia it might be worth knowing a bit about ticketing. We had originally been in touch with the helpful club secretary who kindly offered to reserve us two tickets for collection the day. This arrangement was changed when ticketing was handed over to Ticketportal. www.ticketportal.sk But you can't register for tickets without a log on and account which appears not to be possible from outside Slovakia. I have spoken to one the Ticketportal outlets in Ruzomberok and they also offered to reserve me two tickets for collection on the day. I have just now had an email form Ticketportal ....... Good day I was just informed the only way to purchase the tickets is through invoice after all...... So we would need name, address, passport number, (seats you choose)and when we send the invoice to you with the bank account details and then when you make the payment you need to send us the confirmation that money was sent from your account (not that the money will be sent but that it was already gone from your account) and the tickets may be available at the stadium for pick up if you choose. The selling outlets do not have the tickets available, there was a change of the Guests sector from sector D to sector A and they do not have the tickets available, the tickets are only available through the invoice. ...... All very complicated for purchasing 2 x €5 tickets ... But everyone has bee4n extremely pleasant and helpful. So I have now spoken to ... Veronika Mlynarovičová Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. Radlinského 6 811 07 Bratislava [email protected] [email protected] www.ticketportal.sk <http://www.ticketportal.sk> from UK 00421 25 29 33 323 They can't do credit cards easily over the phone (?) but she has reserved us the two tickets in the 'guest sector' for collection from the Bratislava office. I'm guessing it might be the same run around for the other game ..... and of course when anyone gets to the grounds there will be plenty of seats available .... Same as last year at Wealdstone !!
