I agree Matt. An over rated foreign coach like what Liverpool have tried for the last decade with little success (In the Prem), would be great so they too can go through the cycle of: 1). New foreign coach spends shedloads on Carlos Kickaball 2). Disappointing 1st season as foreign coach struggles to get to grips with the PL 3). Moderately succesful 2nd season maybe even with The Carling Cup or at least a final, scrapes Chumps League by coming 4th 4). Decent (Quarter Finals) run in Chumps but another average PL season 5). Sacked Go back to '1' and repeat ad infinitum! Problem is, if it were to be Moyes I think he's the sort of character, coach who might actually acheive something with them! :-(
