Hi
What seems really strange is the case of Micky Doyle. Who is his replacement?
As for Beckford it is bloody obvious that we would get nowhere without his
goals. And we have not replaced him. No this is not the way to progress.
The defeat at Bury was not a cause for panic. But it comes to strengthen the
basic feeling that we are not capable of competing. Not only that. But the
money that was made available by the club has been put to other purposes
instead of spending it to strengthen the team.
Now it is sufficient to say that if what we have seen until now is an
indication of what is to be, in other words we avoid spending and ignoring we
are in trouble, then we should be pessimistic.
We all know that basic problems till now are unanswered and there is a seeming
lack of desire to spend.
Let's hope that all this will be corrected. But I am not really expecting a
change in attitude.
