Socialist Worker presents its annual May Day dinner on Saturday, May 6.
The theme this year, in honour of the fantastic demonstration in Seattle in
November against the World Trade Organisation, is Eat The Rich.
The dinner will be MCed by comedian Duff and will feature a delicious
three-course meal, videos from Seattle and other struggles, music and comedy.
It will be held at the Edinburgh Castle hotel, corner of Sydney Rd and
Albion St, Brunswick, (tram 19) from 7.30pm. The cost is $25 or $15
concession.
The dinners in '98 and '99 were tremendous nights and early booking is
recommended. For tickets, ask any Socialist Worker seller, or ring 9386 4815.
