As part of their contribution to the World March of Women campaign, the
Australian Education Union (AEU) has produced a kit for schools. The
contents of the AEU schools kit includes:

* Why a World March of Women in the year 2000?

* Why focus on the United Nations?

*  World poverty

*  World education

*  Employment

*  Eradicating violence against women

* What you can do to support the World March of Women 2000 (WMW2000).

While school teachers will find the AEU kit of particular interest and use,
others may also like to read it.

The kit can be accessed on the AEU web site at:

www.aeufederal.org.au

The AEU has also produced a colourful poster, copies of which are available
through the AEU in your state.
