**** 'Say No to War So No to Netanyahu' ******

-- Jewish & Palestinian solidarity against war --

Former Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu, currently in Australia,
will be opening of Joseph Gutnick's new Chabad HQ in St Kilda.

The Australian Jewish Democratic Society, Women in Black, Palestinians and
the wider Australian community are to hold a peaceful antiwar vigil outside,
while Steve Bracks and Kim Beazley electorally feast themselves inside.

**** Sunday 12 August 10.30 am *******
441 Inkerman Street East St Kilda, Melbourne

Gutnick uses the Chabad organisation to channel tax free dollars from his
Australian mining operations towards the establishment of more settlements
in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. These settlements, which have
been roundly condemned by the international community, run counter to a
host of UN resolutions.

But Netanyahu is fomenting and encouraging the voices and actions
of Israel's extreme Right, who advocate expulsion, occupation and
all-out war as the only solution to the "Palestinian Problem".
