Victorian supporters of the Woomera Refugee Embassy are invited to
attend the 20th anniversary dinner of the International Society for
Human rights (Australia), in Moreland (Coburg) on August 31, where
they will be able to meet Ross and Dave.

Speakers will be Juilian Burnside QC, Paris Aristotle, Dr. Nouria
Selehi, and a Burmese refugee.

The dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, is to be held at St. Fidelis
Hall, Moreland. Since Julian Burnside has a later engagement, he
will be speaking before the dinner is served, so punctuality is
requested.

Thousands of copies of "The Worst of Woomera" will be available on
the night, for anyone wishing to distribute them.

The general public is invited to attend, but they should RSVP to
Marie Gerrard, President ISHR (Australia) on 0419-194-872 in the next
few days. Ethnic communities will provide the food, and proceeds
will go to aid refugees.

We look forward to seeing some of you there!

Ross and Dave
