The third annual Green Left Weekly comedy debate takes on Australia's
response to refugees. Are we truly a nation of heartless bastards?
Should Ruddock get to keep his amnesty badge? Do we deserve the likes of
John Howard - because after all someone must have voted for him! Kept in
line by the cutting wit of ROD QUANTOCK, participants will debate these
and other such pressing issues in what promises to be an unforgettable
evening.
This debate will cut to the heart of mandatory detention and Border
Protection policies, will expose the soul of Australian society, will
provide the answer to the refugee crisis... well ok, at the very least
it will provide a welcome night of comedy, politics, food and entertainment!
