Take note of the extra gears.  You'll get a standard, 2x, .25 and I believe the 
last odd one is the .5 reduction set.  I could be wrong though.  

If you wanted to do large diameters like mike was showing it's a matter of 
getting some crs round rod and adding them to the corners.  

Begat, have you seen the woodrat by now?  It's a wall mounted router device for 
joinery and more.
