Thanks Curt The thien baffle will collect 95% of the chips. The little (fine dust) that gets passed will be contained by the filters. No filter in the vac itself will allow fine dust to pass through to the filter box (2 20x20 filters) and collected by them. Filter change will be easier there and only annually (hopefully).
Noise will be contained by boxing the vac in a box to muffle the sound.
