that is strange. when i got mine all she did was copy it from a hard drive to a dvd and sent it to me. they must be out of dvd's :>)
ask them if you can get a copy of it from someone else? also, there are places out there that for a fee, they can copy the vhs to dvd. no idea of cost but how much can it cost?
