Thanks.  That's interesting - it has the elev controls, but no knee braces.
You are most likely correct.  His is an "improved" version of the 1500.
Tim Krause will probably fill us in on the background info.
By the way, is the person you sold it to a "member" of this Group?  If not, try to contact them and let them know about this Group.

I have a 1200 with the CNC upgrade and these three machines do not have any of the components, that I can see, for the CNC upgrade.  The red box on the middle machine looks to be the motor control.  It's very different from the other two and something I have not seen on a LOM before.

I use to have a 1500 and these look like they are a newer model than the one I had.  The knee braces on the legs, for example, are something my previous 1500 did not have.
