Ok mac yes your right it is not a 900 at all it was made from all the spare
parts I had around the shop. And yes my trusty triton all my legacys and my
router table and anything else I use a router has the key hole holes in it to
move routers about from machine to mill to table

Now the slab was 2ft 3 inches average wide and 11 ft 3 long the cutter is 2
inches wide the overlap was 1/32 to 1/16 depending how close we got it and the
cut was 1/8 thick most of the time 3 cuts on average to clean it up each side 2
rougher and 1 finish cut.

And I used my auto quick travers to run the router back to the start after each
cut along the slab “son push it back that’s it stop there”

“now move it over”, “ok turn it on” my quick travers is voice activated. 😊 the
feed is me sitting in a arm chair pulling a rope. So I think going along the
slab is easier than across were I would do it all just saying

Curt / Bill,

That rig does not look like a LOM 900 to me. Appears it may have some parts &
pieces from a LOM 900 as part of its construct.

Bill,

Tell us what you have here, please. Looks more like a LOM version of Johnny
Cash's "One Piece at a Time" Cadillac.

I also notice you are using your trusty Triton router on the sled. Still
have/using the same one?

Thanks inn advance for your replies to the above.

Cheers!

Mac
