Hi Mac,

I made those legs, they came with two rods that support the inner rails while
adjusting the bed height. You just insert the rod in the front hole of choice
and slide it in the back hole. Do this for both sides, loosen the bed rails,
drop the bed on the supports and tighten all the screws for the bed. This
works for repeatable heights and tapers on the 900. There is no need for
measuring the four corners. The legs where the next generation of my bed
height tool.

There is also a uninstalled x-axis lock. It’s a faster way to lock the
carriage in place so you can make a y-axis cut.

I think you got the index number of rings correct. I don’t remember the
numbers. There is a lock that you push down then rotate the table to the next
index. It was a well thought ought build, but it was very expensive to put it
together. Also it was made when the table had been discontinued.

Tim

PS: My availability at the moment is really inconsistent due to a changeable
schedule.

Curt,

Are you saying the dark gray (or black) "legs" we see in the 4 corners are not
"Legacy legs"; rather ones made by Tim?

I notice the legs have a hole pattern in the leg - vs the step notches that I
see in most Legacy Mills. There are several models of the LOM that also had
holes instead of the step notches - but they all had red legs. Perhaps you
know which models those were and when the LOMs were made that way and then what
year Legacy switched over to the step notches.

Mac

I found my self thinking that I should buy it... Something I just can do. But
as I said its one very nice machine. some more details that I did not talk
about are, The TK riser legs are the biggest ones the Tim ever made. giving you
a lot more room for table attachments. The TK quick change gear changer (I
also one one, Awesome tool.) For $900.00 depending on the bidding, this Legacy
is one of the best that Ive seen.
