in regards to the follower pins, if you have one follower, could you just add bushings to that follower pin, to increase the diameter of the pin... or make one follower and add different diameter bushings to that... McMasterCarr has drill bushings of varying inside and outside diameters... only challenge would be to drill and tap each for a set screw... also easy way to go with 16th's diameters, if the need should ever arise to make a "kiss" cut on the workpiece... might make for an interesting project for those who don't have a metal lathe...
