Later, can you give us some feedback as to what you like & don't about what you bought?

I'm def. leaning towards one that's electrically heated.  A plug-in one - since I have yet to see a battery powered one. 

Milwaukee & Makita are on fire to make more and more things that are battery powered.  Maybe one day we'll see a battery powered one - since I recently saw a Milwaukee battery powered "Heat gun".  Listed for $129 for the bare 18v gun!

The last time we discussed Branding Irons, several folks mentioned some places that you could buy them.
