Thanks Michael, Yeah wish we were closer I'd snap up your LOM, But we are in midwinter here and lots of icy roads. Not great for travel. It is odd that no one talks about them or maybe don't even own one. It does seem to be a special type of niche that many are intimidated by. Also a certain age group of which many are downsizing and can't sacrifice the space maybe???
