No that is not a 4x8. List price on that is 19k right now, at the time of purchase it was 17k
The machine in the picture has a 3hp liquid cooled spindle on it. Only the 3x5 uses that spindle. The 4x8 uses a 6hp air cooled spindle. The 50k version is also an auto tool change system. You would see 7 tool holders across the back of the machine as well if it was the 50k model. For the past 23 years I have worked there so I have a pretty intimate knowledge of these systems.
