The funny thing about this is, this is where It all started for me. I was ONLY
interested in making a better "Mook Jong" (Wooden Man Dummy) When I bought my
Legacy.I never would have thought that, this machine would bring me down a path
That I ended up taking.Lots of Fun!

Students practice their martial arts techniques against the dummy as if it were
