It's been
pretty quiet for wood projects using the mill, so here's a random one
completed today for no other reason than that it was there.The role of
the mill was to index the five flutes and establish the taper of the
flutes. The rest was turned on wood lathe and carved detail touchup.
There is a hole to accommodate the 3 1/2" test tube so a live flower bud
could be displayed for a bit. Spalted apple wood. Man, that stuff is
HARD!
