I have done a little bending with steam with some success but aussi timbers for me don’t seem to like bending much perhaps using white vinegar might be better I will have to try it.

I have plans for one but have not pursued it. The concept of using white vinegar seems relatively simple and does take more prep time, but is simple. I have dones some bending but mostly kerf bending and some heat bending over a pipe, a trick I learned from George VonDriska.
