The best way to check is to take the plate off the bottom of your router and 
try it on the revo and see you can even use the router screws to help line up 
the holes. 

 

Also be sure you plunge your router to full depth and place it on the revo to 
make sure the handles on the router clear everything sometimes it can be a 
tight fit this is explained in the revo assembly video if you have it. you 
don’t want to drill any unnecessary holes in your mills plate

Subject: Revo router mounting

 

Before I start drilling new holes or enlarging existing holes, is the carrier 
plate on the Revo supposed to be predrilled for Bosch routers?

 

The Revo training videos show what I think is a Bosch 1617 EVS mounted, but I 
can not even get two of the dozen holes in my plate to line up at the same 
time. The holes all appear to have power coat so I think they are factory 
instead of previous owner.
