I went out to the shop.(Its the nicest day we have had in a LONG Time, temperature wise.) and turned another bone handle today. I made a new stainless steel template (cut and filed to shape by hand), Then turned the Bone blank on my Legacy 200 (basic shape), then sanded on the Shop Smith, and lastly fluted the final details to come up with what you see.
