I am using the updated V6 Delux and have been playing around with the
Ancestor Book Report printing as an .rtf and using Open Office as the word
processor - mainly to really get to know Open Office as much as anything.
One thing has however left me completely at a loss. I have managed to get
the Contents and the Name Index to print correctly but the Locations Index
has left me at a total loss. Whereas the first 2 give instructions as to how
to print them (even though they are inaccurate for Open Office) there is no
such hint for the Location Index.
My questions are, therefore, is the Location Index not printable or if it is
what type is it eg Heading2, heading2, index or what?
