Hi Robert,

Do you do any kind of back up of your data files, besides to CD? (If not, by
all means please start doing so. External hard drives are now very
inexpensive. USB jump drives are even cheaper. Good rule of thumb: Never
count on one source for back-up.)

Second, do a search on your computer for the forms. Unless you copied the
forms directly from the internet site to your CD, you should still have
copies of the forms you created to use for your print-outs.

Otherwise, about all I can think of is doing a Google search on the
internet, going to each site, one by one - checking out the available forms
(there are many such sites). If you are LDS and the forms contain LDS
information, first - take a look at the LDS sites, either private or from
the Church for the specific forms.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Blank forms-

Some time ago, I downloaded forms from a website dedicated to genealogy
forms. I saved them on CD and saved paper copies in a 3-ring binder. The
binder and CD were picked up by accident (or stolen) last night, and I have
been trying to remember where I got those forms. This website had a few
forms Legacy does not offer.

Would anyone remember such a site? It was a genealogy forms (charts) mainly
for free download. Hasn't been a full day yet, and I miss that book already!

Thank you.

Robert
