Mary, We're aware of problems with updating from within Legacy or using the "Install from the Web" option and Ken's trying to solve it
In the meantime, please go to our website, select the Legacy menu item and then download. In Step 3 of the process, select "Download Full Setup". Thanks for using Legacy.
