Hi Yvonne,
I do not really know how it should be formatted however, a word processor
shows that a Carriage Return (end paragraph) has been inserted at the end of
each line as I have indicated below on your original.
Hope this helps identify the problem

I know there is a simple answer to this...it drives me crazy. How do I get
the text in a report to extend from one side of a page to the other? You
can see below on Catharina that the text wraps before it reaches the the
right side of the report. Here's how my reports look:
