That is also happening to me with MailWasher. I
have told it on numerous occasions that it is legitimate, but it still marks it
as to be deleted.
MW is obviously female as it won't listen to this
mere male!!

I use gmail too, and set up a filter to catch all the Legacy
list email as there is so much of it.
However, about half of the list
mail comes in with the correct label (Legacy list) but it still goes to my
spam folder. (I then have to mark it, it moves it to the inbox and then I have
to archive it and it goes in to the correct label.) I have been telling it for
days that these are not spam, but it doesn't seem to help!
I suppose I
will have to be patient.
