Peter, An interesting reply. Whilst I certainly take my hat off to Millennium for having done an extraordinary job with Legacy, it obviously doesn't preclude one from flagging up flaws.
Creating a RTF output which writes [caption John Doe] inder the pictures is I believe such a flaw. I've spent an hour or so trying to write a macro to correct this, and get the pictures right, but so far unsuccessfully. If Sherry etc can't come up with an answer to the intermediate file, I'll search around for a pdf decoder - thanks for the idea I'm personally of the view that Legacy/Millennium are marginally better off staying away from the charting minefield. Every one of us will have a different requirement/taste, and I'm sure they wouldn't please everyone. But there are lots of posts on that one!
