[LegacyUG] Assigned Sources

Hi Listers, I am sure there is a simple answer to my question but I can not find it, went through the training videos and help list without success. My problem is I have somehow put the information in the souce lists beside the wrong events. How can I fix this without scrubbing it all and  starting all over again. Also can you please tell me what the black arrows (in the assigned sources window)pointing up and down, that when you hover over say 'Moves Source Citation up within event'. Looked up manual but found nothing. Your input would be most appreciated.
