Do you mean add YOUR number to everyone, or THEIR Number in the same field? I am guessing the second choice. Pick a temporary tag number (2-9), Tag everyone who should have the number. I would also create an Event using the 'correct name' as the Event Name (In USA, it is called Social Security Number). As you complete filling all infomation on an individual, then remove Tag 2. When there are no more Tag 2, you should be done. If I am wrong, please resend with more questions. Rich
