I have some paper family history records from various family members that were created about 20 years ago. By looking at the handwriting, I can tell that one person wrote some information, but someone else wrote additional information. However, that distinction is lost with computers. Dawn

The easiest way is to create a source for each contributor and cite them as the source of the information quoted. I you have a paer record written by Jane Whoever you cite it as a "paper record" compiled by Jane Whoever and the date compiled, if known.
