Mary and Don, Thanks for the quick responses. As I was writing my e-mail, I kinda thought this was the case, but I continued in case I was doing something wrong. When I think about it, why else would the "mark individual as living" option be there.

Yes, that's what it's supposed to do. If you want to suppress "ALL" information, you can mark each individual as Private. Mary Y.
