Hi Dave, You need: Search > Search and Replace Find where: Event - Notes Find what: misspelling Replacement text: correct spelling Anywhere in field Replace only found text with replacement text.
Oh dear there it was right in front of me too, Thanks Cathy. I'm embarassed with myself for not finding it. Worked first time of course, 58 times<g>.
