Hi Paul;   It should be easy to find the help: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/Help.asp The Solution by error number is listing on this page: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/Help.asp#SolutionsByNumber Error 3021 which will get you to this page: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/helpJetServPk.asp   How come the fun part.   If you are running the latest MADC and JET service pack updates, and the check/repair does not fix it, then you will most likely have to do the export routine to fix it.   I hope this helps solve your problem.
