What I have done is create 5 to 10 AKA's, if needed so
ALL firstname/surname/titles combinations are in the
INDEX. The size problem is only important if you have
thousands(millions) of these people, and no hard drive
space. In my file, they are about .5% if my file, so
not a problem.
