Hi Laurel,

This is a MS error code and it means what it says on the tin. Have you recently tried to back up your multimedia files? If so the process might not have been fully completed and a bit of a temp file has been left behind and that could cause the problem. It is possible that it may be cured by deleting one of the .usr files but if so I don't know which.

This is one which I think is for Legacy Support.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Error Code 3204
Date: Mon, 25 Sep 2006 23:29:04 -0700

When I go into the Picture Centre, I get the following: Error 3204: Database already exists. Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN? No matter what I answer, it either freezes my computer, or kicks me out of Legacy. I've done a Check/Repair and tested the Multimedia paths. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help. Laurel
