I can understand why the lady was yelling to leave the list since the system has to have a flaw and does not unsubscribe. I have been unsubscribing for days and the messages continue. HELP please... Some moderator for Legacy needs to check their system.
Are you following the Unsubscribe instructions which appear at the foot of every message?
With most systems it takes a short while for the "mechanism" to kick in, so if you have followed the correct path - and so many people don't! - perhaps you just need a little patience.
