Alastair, Well done on those Macros. I haven't tried them out, but they look good. I've just been cleaning up a lot of my data with sources and adding pictures, hoping to create a few reports for my father and other family members, so this will be fabulous, I hope. Thanks again,

Well, folks, inspired by Jan Roberts, I decided to crack the problem of pictures in rtfs as far as possible using macros. I used Word because that is what I am most familiar with.
