Cathy,
Am I to take from your response to Teri that you donot imbed photos in the text of a report but print them and insert them separately and "manually?" If so, do you not allow printing of pictures  and then have the report generator leave pages for these? Do you download to a word processing program or use the Legacy generator?

Hi Teri,
This is personal choice. You'll have to decide what you like best.

To help as you have a number of queries embedded in your query.

Whether or not the photo belongs with the Master Source or the Source
Detail, depends on whether it is a photo of the Master Source or just
that particular Source Detail.

If attached to an event, it will appear in the report every time you
print that particular event. If the same event and photo are
attached to 7 people, it will appear for all 7 people.

Event photos are in the body of the report.
Source photos are amongst the Sources at the end.

A big issue is how readable they are when included in a report. I
find that most of these Source type photos need a whole page or most
of the page to be readable - and usually photos in report are much smaller.
