Hi Chuck,

Currently you can't add Child Status or Child-Parent Relationships to the Descendant Chart, but you can to the Book Reports. See the Report Options on the Include tab and tick Child Status and/or Child-Parent Relationship. This relies on you having filled in the relevant boxes. Legacy doesn't work it out for you.

Hope that helps,
Cathy

Cathy,

Thank you for your answer to Art Seddon about linking step-children, who we
considered full children to us. I have tried for several years to figure out
how to do this.

My (step) daughter now shows up on my charts. The only difference I would
like to see is some way to have stepdaughter adding to the charts or reports
after her name in my descendants list. That would make it clearer to future
generations as to what her "real" relationship to me is. If anyone has an
idea about adding the "stepdaughter" please let me know.
